Nature of our service
SFZ Capital provides software and analytical tools. Our products, including Pulsar, are technology for designing, testing and monitoring trading strategies.
Pulsar operates in two modes: a simulation environment and paper trading. The platform does not execute live trades on behalf of users. No real capital is deployed through Pulsar.
We do not provide investment advice, portfolio management, or any regulated financial service, and we do not make personal recommendations to buy, sell or hold any financial instrument. Nothing on this website or within our products constitutes a solicitation or offer to engage in any transaction.
Where our software connects to third-party brokers or data providers, those services are provided by the relevant partner under their own terms and regulatory status.
Regulatory status
Because SFZ Capital provides software rather than regulated investment services, it is not required to be authorised or supervised by BaFin or any equivalent financial services regulator for its current activities. This page will be updated if the scope of services changes.
The supervisory authority for media law matters (§ 18 Abs. 2 MStV) is the Hessische Landesanstalt für privaten Rundfunk und neue Medien (HBDI), Gustav-Stresemann-Ring 1, 65189 Wiesbaden, Germany.
Risk
Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss. Users are solely responsible for their own trading decisions and outcomes. Please read our full Risk Disclosure.
Data protection (GDPR)
We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable German law (BDSG). Full details — including the legal bases for processing, retention periods and your data subject rights — are set out in our Privacy Policy.
